A Consultation-Led Birmingham Clinic
Our starting point is a conversation about the concern you would like to address, relevant medical and treatment history, previous reactions, current products or medicines where relevant, timing, expectations and tolerance for downtime. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended.
Verified Qualifications and Training
The Clinic Director holds the Qualifi Level 7 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice and the Qualifi Level 5 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice. Additional verified training includes laser and IPL, advanced facials, dermal fillers, PRP and phlebotomy, microneedling, and other treatment-specific courses.

The Clinic Director completed the SQT® Bio Microneedling Training Course with SQT® UK in June 2026.

Current Clinic Insurance Arrangements
Hello Skin Clinic is operated by Hello Skin Aesthetics (Birmingham) Ltd, which maintains current medical and treatment indemnity, professional indemnity, public liability, employers’ liability and products liability insurance, subject to policy terms, declared activities and treatment-specific conditions.
Suitability, Boundaries and Realistic Expectations
Not every treatment is suitable for every person. We explain relevant options, limitations, alternatives, preparation and aftercare. The clinic may defer or decline treatment where suitability is uncertain, expectations are not realistic, the skin or treatment area requires recovery, or a concern may need assessment by a GP, dermatologist or another appropriate healthcare professional.

Results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.
Hello Skin Academy Is Separate
Hello Skin Academy is a separate professional education activity. Academy or course-content CPD certificates apply only to the exact named course content shown on each certificate and should not be interpreted as Academy-wide Ofqual accreditation or as an individual practitioner qualification.
Official Memorial Hospitals Group UK Referral Centre
Hello Skin Clinic is an official Referral Centre for Memorial Hospitals Group UK. We provide information, coordination and referral support for selected Memorial Hospitals services, including health check-ups and IVF/ICSI pathways.

Hello Skin Clinic does not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions for Memorial services. Medical assessments, treatment recommendations, procedures and clinical outcomes remain the responsibility of Memorial Hospitals Group and its clinical teams.
